The 10th edition of India International Science Festival was held at IIT-Guwahati (Nov 30th-Dec 4th, 2024) with the theme Transforming India into an S&T-driven Global Manufacturing Hub. NII proudly presented the groundbreaking research outcomes emerging from the institute's lab. A delegation of scientists and PhD scholars from NII interacted with the guests at the DBT pavilion explaining the cutting-edge research in the most simple terms.
The NII stall mainly focused on Precision Biotherapeutics; CAR-T Cell Therapy; Vaccine Development; Drugs Design; AI-ML Applications in Biomedicine; Infectious & Neurodegenerative Diseases; Mechanisms of Inflammation and Aging. Besides, team NII also curated science-themed games and quizzes for the student visitors.
We were humbled by the immense positive response from the school students, their parents and esteemed delegates from DBT. It was truly an enriching experience to communicate & engage with people from all walks of life visiting our stall with curiosity in the research taking place at NII.
